1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use neewo only with that permission. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

Neewo provides tools for organizing personal financial information, viewing cashflow and net worth, converting currencies, importing data, and exploring forecasts. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the service develops. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of information you enter or import. For account use, you give neewo limited permission to transmit and store your encrypted financial records and to process the account and technical metadata needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. Your browser decrypts and displays financial contents after you unlock the vault. Neewo does not receive permission to use those contents for advertising, profiling, sale, model training, or unrelated product analytics, and normal server operations do not receive the decryption key. You must have the right to use any information you submit and must not upload another person's confidential or personal information without authorization.

You are responsible for keeping any records you need. Export tools are provided for convenience, but neewo is not a substitute for an independent backup or official financial records. Financial records are end-to-end encrypted, but account information and operational metadata are not. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, recovery key, unlocked devices, and readable exports. Neewo cannot recover encrypted financial records if both your password and recovery key are lost.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use neewo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• attempt to access another user's account or nonpublic data;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security on the service;
• introduce malware or automate access in a harmful manner;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use neewo in a way that infringes another person's rights.

5. Financial information disclaimer

Neewo is an informational planning tool. It is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, accountant, law firm, credit counselor, or fiduciary, and it does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing in neewo is a recommendation or a guarantee of a financial outcome.

Forecasts depend on your entries and assumptions about matters such as growth, inflation, interest, payments, and contributions. Actual results can differ materially. Exchange rates may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable and are estimates for display purposes. Verify important figures and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

6. Third-party services

Neewo relies on third-party infrastructure and data services. Their availability, accuracy, and practices are outside our control, and your use of their services may be governed by their own terms. A link or integration does not mean neewo endorses the third party.

7. Intellectual property

Neewo and its software, design, branding, and content are owned by neewo or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the service for your own lawful personal or internal purposes.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow neewo to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of any rights you may have in the original submission.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using neewo at any time and may delete your account in account settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to a material breach of these terms. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neewo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neewo and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or financial opportunities arising from your use of the service. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, and they do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as neewo evolves. We will post the revised terms, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use neewo after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where the law requires another form of consent.

12. General terms

These terms are governed by <your governing jurisdiction>, without overriding any mandatory rights you have where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service.
